Awarded the 2007 Mortgage Professional of the Year for the state of Mississippi, Mr. McNeal is one of the two Principal owners of Gum Tree Mortgage and been involved in the Mortgage Industry for several years.  Mr. McNeal is nationally recognized as a Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist and also holds the certification of Mississippi Residential Mortgage Specialist.  As a Past President of the Mississippi Association of Mortgage Professionals, Mr. McNeal is recognized as a leader in the industry.  Mr. McNeal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Mississippi State University and is a native of North Mississippi.  NMLS#:  91138
