Previously, I was the role of branch manager for a consumer finance company, giving me a total of 10 years of experience in the lending industry. Born and raised in North Mississippi, this area is near and dear to my heart. With honesty and sincerity, my main goal is to make the process of home financing as easy as possible for my customers. I have used Mr. Brock twice in the last 3 years. The first experience was wonderful. The last one was less than satisfactory. At the start, Mr. Brock took off like the first experience. However, after he got the information he requested he became almost non existent. While I can’t blame him for underwriters being overwhelmed with volumes of business, I can say he made it clear he didn’t really care. It was actually the realtor and Mrs. Cooper who helped get the closing done on the house.
In my personal opinion I would not refer Mr Brock, my fiancé and I had a really bad and frustrating experience with him, at the end the Mortgage company let us changed the loan office who did a really great job, thanks Brandy Cooper

He touched base with us often and communicated clearly in regards to dates times and documentation needed to finalize our home loan. He also did it in a timely manner and always asked about our needs .

Brady made the whole process easy and quick. I was going through Regions and had been working on everything for 3 months before being denied due to Regions screw up.
