  The only issue I had was being able to borrow the money with a easement that was no longer any good not on Brady's behalf! Issues with closing and having to fight for a easement that was good enough for the bank to close on! Need to make sure things are like they are suppose to be and suitable before money is borrowed! Besides that all was done great!! Thanks,
