More communication. First time to go through this process and I had to ask every question imaginable. I met Jim once and mostly talked to Patience the rest of the time. He gave us virtually no options or talked to us about any variation options we had with our mortgage he simply just done arum of the mill setup and asked us to sign. For the money it cost for this mortgage I thought we should have had a lot more support from him. Communication was very very poor. Would not use them again

Jim Shirley is excellent at communicating with his borrowers, explaining all aspects of borrowing for a new home. He also crosses his t's and dots his i's, keeping me, the realtor, apprised of every aspect of the mortgage loan process, I recommend Jim to most of my clients.
