Jim is professional and responsive. In order to get a property in Bozeman, MT, many times I would have to make an offer on weekends. Jim was able to give me a preapproval letter within an hour even on those weekend days, which was critical for me to be able to get a home in the end.

For the money it cost for this mortgage I thought we should have had a lot more support from him. Communication was very very poor. Would not use them again

I had a complicated loan as my family was selling land to buy this house. The land deal kept getting delayed. I had to abandon the land deal in the end and used another method for the down payment. Overall very positive experience. Given it was our first home buying experience, Ashley was very fast to respond and help us along the way. We did a mail away closing, it would’ve been helpful to have more understanding on the steps involved and what to expect. The day of signing on our end was smooth but it was a bit hectic and stressful.
Neely was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions and seamlessly guided us through the process.
