We did a mail away closing, it would’ve been helpful to have more understanding on the steps involved and what to expect. Jim is professional and responsive. In order to get a property in Bozeman, MT, many times I would have to make an offer on weekends. Jim was able to give me a preapproval letter within an hour even on those weekend days, which was critical for me to be able to get a home in the end.

For the money it cost for this mortgage I thought we should have had a lot more support from him. Communication was very very poor. Would not use them again
