My accessibility to Mr Brady and his concise information with a calming demeanor! We had a few bumps along the way but he stayed consistent and positive enabling this process to come together.
Better communication, having a set closing date and time AFTER everything was cleared. It was not pleasant taking off work just to be told we couldn’t close on the set date because everything wasn’t cleared yet. It took me sending numerous reminders over a week to 2 week period to get the application link for me to sign. The assistant, Jessica was great at communicating with me and letting me know the process of what was still needed and the timeline. Also, accountability. A closing date was set then when it was cancelled the day before, nobody would take accountability for setting it. My husband and I were ready to throw in the towel and go elsewhere.

I have used Mr. Brock twice in the last 3 years. The first experience was wonderful. The last one was less than satisfactory. At the start, Mr. Brock took off like the first experience. However, after he got the information he requested he became almost non existent. While I can’t blame him for underwriters being overwhelmed with volumes of business, I can say he made it clear he didn’t really care. It was actually the realtor and Mrs. Cooper who helped get the closing done on the house.

The process from start to finish was the most stressful thing I have ever been through in my entire life. I had applied for a 10.5k government loan. Was said it approved only to find out on closing day denied. Then told I had to come up w/3.5k or loose the house/loan. Then told I would get back the $450 appraisal which never happened. Closing day had to be put off when it finally came around kody didn’t even show up at the attorneys office. Left me there by myself to complete the process.
Jody kept us in informed every way he could. He made this long process a lot easier! Would choose him again !

Work FOR THE Customer! Our loan agent got the property closed for us, but it cost us way more than we were promised. The law firm in Ripley made it as difficult as possible, and our agent spent most of his time talking us into paying for things the seller demanded, with a “end justifies the means attitude.” Now we own the property, but we have a much larger loan than expected. The whole process was difficult.
