I am originally from Chickasaw County and a proud alumna of Mississippi State University. I married Parrish Potts, a native of Corinth, in 2006 and we have a very lazy Basset Hound named Dexter . My hobbies include traveling, reading, golfing, gardening, cooking and all things related to MS State athletics. I currently serve on the Board of the Starkville Area Arts Council, Advisor to Delta Gamma Fraternity, Member of BNI GT Business Connections, Affiliate member of the Golden Triangle Realtor Association and am a member of the Starkville Country Club. Parrish and I are excited to call Starkville "Our Hometown"!

Felt like we were getting the run around with lack of communication. We were getting information late when the mortgage company was closing which only gave us time to ask questions the next day. We were being rush to get items completed that were important to the company but we were slow to get information. Signing got delayed due the underwriter at the last minute for an issue that should had been caught weeks prior. We love Rachel but a lot of balls were dropped with this experience.

I was often tossed from agent to mortgage agent to underwriter to agent to mortgage agent when asking questions. Communication was lost between the law office and gumtree regarding closing scheduling on at least two occasions one of which almost cost us at least $700. On the upside the side of financing and loan information towards the beginning of the process was widely available and helpful; all questions were answered and concerns resolved. The difficulties occurred later on in the process.
