Seemed to be more complexity than was anticipated, 8/10 is pretty good though. More so didn't like only having the 3 options on the previous page about service. Great to me would have been that everything went 100% to plan. If there was something between great and okay I would have selected that. We got it done and close to original estimate but there were some bumps in the road.
