Neely was very involved with our experience in the mortgage because it was our first home and we were buying from an individual. We greatly appreciate her willingness to take constant calls and questions from me! It was awesome to know she had our back throughout the whole process. The only unfortunate thing about the mortgage process on our end was on the USDA side of things as it seems pretty common for closing dates to get pushed back because of them not being able to send documents at our convenience. I appreciate Neely and highly recommend Gumtree Mortgage because of her!
Leslie and Jessica were amazing! They fought tooth and nail to get us into a house in such a crunch of a time frame. We were updated every time new information came in. For our first time buying a home, we were stressed to the max but Leslie assured us that she and Jessica were working around the clock to make it happen. I know several people looking to buy a home and Leslie is the person I tell them to call before anyone else!
